Bali, Indonesia: Tanah Lot

During our second to the last day of stay in Bali, we decided to do one day tour. We booked our tour through the hotel which is less expensive than the tour outside. It was just renting a car, driver and the gas was also included, then we decide where we wanted to go. They actually provided the list of tours but if you did your research - just visit the place which is more appealing or you think significant. It will save you time and money. 

First Stop: Tanah Lot

Tanah Lot is one of the most important temples in Bali since it was part of the seven sea temples. It was famous for it's rock formation and Balinese mythology. It is best to visit Tanah Lot during sunrise or sunset.

This is the Pura Batu Balong, another temple in the area, located at the other side of the Tanah Lot.

Tanah Lot - 

I first read about Tanah Lot in Bored Panda's 41 places you need to visit before you die. 

I must say that it must be one of the places/ temple that you need to visit once you are in Bali. 

Perfect Place to start your tour. This was just the beginning.
