Lechon Cebu

The reason why I went to Cebu was because I wanted to taste their own version of lechon.
I was really planning for a food trip last summer and I felt I've already accomplished it.
The Bacolod Food Trip was also great and it was indeed memorable. Inasal could not be compared when you eat it in Bacolod. Same thing in Cebu. Cebu will not be complete without Lechon.
Since I was really wondering the difference of Lechon in Manila from Cebu I decided to fly to Cebu to taste their many versions of it. Thank you to my Cebuano office friends for their insights.  I just missed one lechon brand that's also famous in Cebu - Rico's. I will when I get back.

I am serving to you all folks the 4 lechons that I've tasted during my stay.

Zubuchon
It was indeed famous, I've tasted it at the airport when we were waiting for our flight back to Manila.
Aside from lechon they've got other variants and chicharons that you may want to bring back home.

Lechonito de Cebu
It is located at the Ground Floor of SM Cebu. I personally like this lechon among all that I've tasted since it was easy to chew.
Ayers Lechon
The lechon that I brought home as pasalubong to my mama't papa. Oh well, they're not really into lechon so half of it was mine. Haha! We bought it outside the airport.
CNT
The first lechon that we tasted in Cebu. They've got many branches. The main branch is located outside the SM Mall Cebu while we found it at Ayala Mall Food Court. What do I like about the CNT was when you eat it with the puso or hanging rice. It was the least of my favorite because the part that was given to us was the tummy part. We later learned that you should ask not for the stomach part because it was where all the herbs and spices were stocked. It was really salty.
