Singapore Food Trip: Imam

I asked Uncle what does Imam means?

He told us - "From the Heart." 

Imam was highly recommended by Einstein, my office friend, who helped me with my itinerary, helped me survive Singapore and let me borrow his EZ Link card. :) I remember how Einstein talked about Imam as if it's the best Indian food in Singapore and I could not wait to try their food. He told me - Try Briyani Rice.

However, when Sheena and I went there at 8am, Briyani Rice will be served by 10am we could not wait any longer. Since this area is located in Lavander and our place is in Raffles area, I am not really sure if we could still go to this place. It was a busy trip but I will when I go back to Singapore. 

Did I tell you? I am not really fond of Indian cuisine - but this restaurant changed my view.  You should try this place. They really served food from the heart.
