Pasig Food Trip: Silantro

Silantro was highly recommended by my Boss Royce that's why Jetty and I went there. I got curious. It was raining Sunday but I still went to Kapitolyo because I just like to go there and Jett and I were set to go there.

Silantro is a fusion of Mexican and Filipino cusine. I do not eat beef (because I just don't) so when we read the menu, it's as if I have to talk to an interpreter for assistance if the food is a beef or not. I have few options. I should've tried burritos but it's beef. The waiter recommended Grilled Mahi Mahi or Grilled Marlin, I asked what's pork or chicken from the list.  I ended up choosing - Silantro's Pork Ribs plus Fresh Dalandan Juice. I love Dalandan Juice. I can consume one bottle of Dalandan Juice from Recovery Food in Taguig that's why I tried Silantro's own version and yes, it meets my expectations. We also ordered Nachos and Dynamite. We went home full.

Remember: Gluttony is a sin.
