Tamsui, Taiwan : Love Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf
I never thought of going to Tamsui because it's at the tip of the Red Line MRT which means that it's too far and I needed to catch up my flight that day. But my sister who is known for being ma-kulet as what our parents named her after, would not give up in convincing me to visit the place. The purpose of my winter clothes and shoes became more reasonable when I went to Tamsui - It was the coldest. This place maybe near Japan or Korea and so I thought for the weather was really incomparable. Though this place is too far, we just traveled less than an hour or so enough for me to be in Taipei at around 6pm and enough for me to travel an hour to airport.
But anyway, you may want to consider visiting this place especially during winter. Kulet, told me that it's better to visit Tamsui at night. This is where the Love Bridge and the Fisherman's Wharf are located. You just need to ride a ferry that could take you there. It's a wonderful experience.
